Andy is often heard saying, “Let’s make it happen!” A powerhouse of ideas and a creative problem-solver, he brings incredible insights to the table that save time and money, ultimately improving the quality and value of projects. Born and raised in Nigeria, Andy’s upbringing taught him that optimism and perseverance can overcome any circumstance. His childhood nurtured his creativity, and his hard work has offered him numerous opportunities. Qualities such as respect, endurance, and cultivating strong friendships are integral to his character.
With over 25 years of experience designing everything from commercial properties to highly complex facilities, Andy leads the team in delivering exceptional projects that align with client visions. He is LEED AP Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C) certified, placing him among an elite group of professionals with expertise in green building design and construction. Known for his jovial laughter and positive attitude, Andy strengthens partnerships with his excellent communication skills and dedication to others.
When he’s not working, Andy enjoys traveling abroad to culturally significant sites influenced by art movements, religions, politics, and cultural shifts. He also values spending time with his family and attending his sons’ sports activities.

Vijay’s thoughtful designs have produced exceptionally stylish spaces for people to live, learn, work, and play. Obsessed with the details that combine beauty and functionality, he focuses on creating highly efficient spaces with methods to maintain, grow, or transition. Born and raised in India in a large family, Vijay was taught to be thoughtful, generous, and respectful to others. Gifted from a young age, he earned accolades and awards for his ideas and scholarly achievements, yet remains modest due to his upbringing that emphasized the importance of humility.
With 25 years of experience encompassing all aspects of architectural design, construction document preparation, real estate analytics, and construction management, Vijay sees opportunities to promote adaptive reuse processes and sustainable practices during renovations. His experiences influence his architecture toward a holistic approach and preservation of elements. Inspired by thoughtful details, beautiful colors, and peaceful spaces, he ensures every project is executed with precision and excellence.

Dave Smith
Project Manager
After the initial design, layouts, critical components, and challenges have all been considered, Dave continues to evolve the design. He organizes and drafts details for placement and specifications of the project’s various systems and unique materials. He delves into the parts, brands, and mechanics to enhance the functions, longevity, and quality of the space. With 25 years of experience in architecture and construction, Dave is a conceptual problem-solver with experience in commercial, educational, hospitality, industrial, institutional, retail, residential, and transportation facilities.
Utilizing his multiple artistic talents, strong organization, and advanced technical skills, he pushes projects from theoretical drawings into built reality.

Anisha Naidu
Assoc. AIA - Architectural Designer
Anisha manages the initial creation of all projects, small and large. She collaborates closely with clients to understand their vision, creating it into schematic designs that align with their parameters. With a sharp understanding of the CAD and BIM technology, Anisha rapidly develops multiple design options, ensuring creative and functional solutions. As an experienced designer, she has a great understanding of spatial dynamics, color palettes, and lighting and how they blend to make experiential spaces.
Design Philosophy:
Anisha is passionate about creating environments that are not only visually captivating but also environmentally responsible. She is inspired by the principles of sustainable architecture and strives to incorporate eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions into her designs. Her designs often feature clean, modern lines, abundant natural light, and an interplay between indoor and outdoor spaces.
